Focus on "handling with high-efficiency" in matter integrated, "handling in one window" in scenario integrated, "handling by special personnel" in business integrated, on the basis of 13 projects of "one thing" in our country, take the measures such as optimizing and reengineering the process, opening green channel, to expand 3 special projects of "one thing" including "setting up bookstore", "establishing labor dispatching company", "setting up drugstore", and incorporate into undifferentiated integrated window to achieve "handling in one window", reduce the average number of application materials from 25 to 15, with material reduction rate of 40%; cut short the average handling time limit from 16 working days to 6 working days, with achieving an acceleration rate of 63%.

Optimize self-service enquiry of "one thing"

Increase 20 integrated self-service terminals into place that enterprise and people gathering such as park area, shopping mall, bank, China Post, set up "one thing" service area, display "one thing" matter diagram and guidance, etc., to achieve "multiterminal acquisition" of "one thing" information, and provide more than 140 service items and applications such as social insurance, medical insurance, housing provident funds, tax affairs, public security for enterprise and people to "self-handle".

Deepen the implementation of advanced service of "one thing"

Industry competent department links 9 streets, 15 medical institutions, 83 village (community) medical rooms (stations) to collaboratively explore 3 kinds of active service model of newborn insurance, achieving "applying for insurance while the woman was delivering" for the newborns birthed in fertility institution within the region; for the newborn birthed out of the region and without treatment within the region, use the means of "door-to-door service", "lying-in woman follow-up, to realize active care for newborn insurance support; for the newborn birthed out of the region, insured or accepting treatment within the region, "one-stop" newborn insurance payment service will be provided by medical institutions in hospital, with insured rate for newborn of 98% in the whole region at present.
