To enhance the coordination of various resources and facilitate easier access to policies, services, and information for enterprises in Chengdu Science City, the relevant organizations in the Tianfu New Area have collaborated to introduce the "4-in-1" Warm Package. This initiative aims to foster a supportive environment for business development, encouraging companies to invest with confidence, focus on entrepreneurship, pursue sustainable growth, and become bigger and stronger, thereby boosting the region's innovation capacity and economic vitality.

The Warm Package is designed to consolidate essential information that enterprises require, ensuring they can easily find what they need, pose clear inquiries, and achieve their objectives. The package includes: 1. Service Resource Compilation: This features public service platforms, public service supporting resources (healthcare, education, rental), carrier support, financial services, legal services, and functional platform websites. 2. Policy Handbook for Enterprise Benefits: This handbook outlines policies related to business development, taxation, finance, and talent acquisition. 3. Hand-drawn Map of Xinglong Lake: This map provides an overview of Xinglong Lake along with details on office spaces, public services, and commercial points of interest along the lakeshore. 4. Contact Directory: This directory includes information on relevant functional departments, sub-districts, and state-owned enterprises within the New Area, detailing the services they offer and providing phone numbers for consultation.

Since the beginning of this year, 500 copies of the updated "4-in-1" Warm Package have been issued. This initiative has allowed key enterprises in Chengdu Science City—including those in big data and artificial intelligence, high-end software and operating systems, integrated circuits, aeroengines, and ecological protection—to genuinely experience dedicated and thoughtful service.
